Crisis Log Publisher – Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Crisis Log Publisher ("the App") is a private tool operated by Crisis Log, an independent creator based in France, publisher of the Crisis Log documentary channel. Contact: contact@crisislog.fr.
2. What the App does
The App lets the owner of the Crisis Log TikTok account upload and schedule the channel's own original documentary videos to that account, using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. The App is not offered to the public and is used only by its operator on the operator's own TikTok account.
3. Conditions of use
- Only content that the operator owns or holds the rights to may be published through the App.
- Every post is reviewed and confirmed by the account owner, who chooses its privacy level and interaction settings before it is published.
- Use of the App must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the TikTok Community Guidelines and the TikTok Developer Terms.
- The App does not post spam, does not interact with other users' accounts, and does not collect data about other TikTok users.
4. Access revocation
The account owner can revoke the App's access at any time from the TikTok app (Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions). Revocation stops all publishing immediately.
5. Liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranty. The operator is solely responsible for the content published on the Crisis Log account.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
