Crisis Log Publisher – Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

Crisis Log, an independent creator based in France. Contact: contact@crisislog.fr.

2. Data we access

When the Crisis Log account owner authorizes the App through TikTok Login Kit, the App receives:

• basic profile information of that account (open ID, display name, avatar) – scope user.info.basic;
• an access token allowing it to upload and publish videos to that account – scopes video.upload and video.publish.

The App does not access, collect or store any data about other TikTok users, followers, viewers or commenters.

3. Purpose

This data is used only to identify the connected account in the App's interface and to publish the channel's own videos to it, on the schedule chosen by the account owner.

4. Storage and security

• Tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer, in a local file with restricted access. They are never shared, sold or sent to any third party other than TikTok.
• No advertising, analytics or tracking tools are used.
• Data is kept only while the App is authorized. Revoking access deletes the stored tokens.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by writing to contact@crisislog.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr). Access can be revoked at any time from TikTok: Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions.
